Croatian deal for Comflex® metallic bellows
Metallic bellows manufactured in Croatia are now marketed by James Walker under its Comflex® brand name, following a partnership agreement with Ðuro Ðakoviæ Kompensatori (DDK).
DDK has produced metallic bellows at its plant in Slavonski Brod for over 30 years. Using state-of-the-art facilities, the company is supplying standard Comflex bellows up to 5m diameter.
Non-standard designs and large project work are handled routinely by DDK. It is a member of the Ðuro Ðakoviæ group that has heavy fabrication and machining capabilities. All of its bellows are designed and tested to the latest EJMA standards.
Reported Bill Evans, managing director of James Walker Townson: “DDK is ISO approved and has type testing approval from Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, DNV, Croatian Register, ABS and TÜV.
