We have dedicated workshops across the world with custom machining facilities for the manufacture and refurbishment of items of industrial plant and equipment. These extensive services cover the machining of engineering plastics, elastomers and composites as well as metals.

In addition, our fabrication shops produce metal frameworks and structures for general industrial application.   

With our CAD/CAM controlled waterjet and abrasive waterjet cutters, plus state-of-the-art laser cutters, we can produce precision-cut gaskets and complex profiles in any sheet material - swiftly, economically and cleanly.

Our elastomeric processing facilities include the extrusion of natural and synthetic rubbers using both continuous and batch production methods.  We produce solid, hollow and sponge-filled profiles using extrusion techniques.

We produce precision castings in both polyurethane and nylon. This service is widely used for the manufacture of custom components for the food, drink, water and wastewater processing industries.

Our custom capabilities include high integrity rubber-to-metal bonding, metal-to-PTFE bonding and metal-to-plastics bonding. These services are widely used across industry - from offshore and construction applications,  to components for  medical and defence equipment.
