FR25/90 - ED resistant

Low temperature capability with ED resistance

  • Fluoroelastomer FKM tetrapolymer based material.
  • Norsok M-710 qualified for ED resistance & sour gas ageing.
  • Operates efficiently at down to -30°C (-22°F).
  • Well proven in oilfield applications.
FR58/90 - ED resistant

Specified for many high-pressure gas duties

  • Based on Viton® fluoroelastomer FKM terpolymer from DuPont Performance Elastomers.
  • Norsok M-710 qualified for ED resistance and sour gas ageing.
  • Excellent thermal and chemical properties.
  • Widely approved and specified by operators and OEMs.
Elast-O-Lion® 101 - ED resistant

ED-resistant hydrogenated nitrile for oilfield duties

  • Qualified to Norsok M-710 for oilfield applications.
  • Excellent explosive decompression (ED) resistance.
  • Excellent resistance to oilfield media, sour crude oils & gases, etc...
  • Outstanding wear resistance and mechanical properties.
Elast-O-Lion® 985 - ED resistant

Low temperature ED-resistant HNBR grade

  • HNBR with good explosive-decompression resistance at low temperatures.
  • Excellent fuel/oil & chemical resistance for oilfield duties.
  • Outstanding abrasion resistance. 
  • Working temperature range -40°C to +150°C. 
AF69/90 - ED resistant

Aflas®-based with explosive-decompression resistance

  • Explosive-decompression (ED) resistant grade of FEPM.
  • Excellent resistance to sour (H2S) crude oils & gases.
  • Excellent resistance to steam, amines & bases.
  • Working temperature range +5°C to +205°C.
AF71/80 - High performance

Excellent 'O' ring grade of FEPM

  • Based on Aflas® compound from Asahi Glass.
  • High resistance to compression set.
  • Excellent resistance to sour crude oils & gases, steam, amines & bases.
  • Working temperature range +5°C to +205°C.
AF85/90 - High performance

Excellent general purpose FEPM grade

  • High extrusion resistance for long life sealing integrity.
  • Based on Aflas® compound from Asahi Glass.
  • Excellent resistance to sour crude oils & gases, steam, amines & bases. 
  • Working temperature range +5°C to +205°C. 
Chem-O-Lion® 180 - High performance

Outstanding chemical resistance

  • Special compound based on a fluorinated polymer.
  • Almost universal chemical resistance.
  • Working temperature range -10°C to +200°C.
  • Hardness rating 80 IRHD.

EP18/H/75 - High performance

EPM for hot water & steam applications

  • Ethylene/propylene dipolymer for steam applications.
  • Also suitable for use with dilute acids & alkalis.
  • Along with silicone oils & greases, ketones & lower alcohols.
  • Working temperatures -45°C to +150°C (+180°C in steam).
FR10/80 - High performance

Low compression set at elevated temperatures

  • High quality fluorocarbon dipolymer (FKM) for general applications.
  • Meets UK Ministry of Defence low compression set specifications.
  • Good resistance to aromatic & aliphatic hydrocarbons.
  • Working temperature range -18°C to +200°C.  
FR44/70 - High performance

Low compression set fluorocarbon

  • High quality elastomer based on a fluorocarbon dipolymer.
  • Low compression set grade.
  • Excellent for 'O' ring production.
  • Green in colour for easy identification.
FR64/80 - High performance

Enhanced performance in steam & acids

  • Fluorocarbon dipolymer based elastomer.
  • Compounded for improved performance in steam & hot water.
  • Also enhanced performance in mineral acids. 
LR5853/90 - High performance

Enhanced fluid resistance

  • Fluoroelastomer tetrapolymer-based (FKM) grade.
  • High fluorine content for enhanced fluid resistance.
  • Working temperature range 0°C to +230°C.
LR6316/75 - High performance

Low temperature fluorocarbon grade 

  • FKM tetrapolymer-based elastomer.
  • Compounded for chemical resistance and low temperature duties.
  • Temperature range -29°C to +205°C
NL56/70 - High performance

Low temperature grade nitrile elastomer

  • Specially compounded nitrile elastomer.
  • Retains flexibility at down to -50°C.
  • Suitable for use with wide range of media.
NM86/80LF - High performance

Low friction grade of nitrile elastomer 

  • Specially compounded NBR-based elastomer.
  • Exhibits low friction properties.
  • Temperature range -30°C to +110°C. 
PB80 - High performance

Low compression set nitrile elastomer

  • Specially compounded nitrile (NBR)-based elastomer.
