Tube test seals for 1000bar duties

This new leaflet describes high-pressure capability tube test seals used in the hydrostatic testing process for thick-walled steel tubes.
Manufactured by James Walker Flemings in high tensile, impact resistant polyurethane, these seals can repeatedly work at well in excess of 1000bar, and readily release from tube ends for re-use. They will also operate efficiently at much lower pressures.
These seals have an enviable record for reliability and wear resistance, assisted by a special lip profile that maximises seal life, with dual-hardness versions providing improved extrusion resistance under arduous mechanical conditions.
