Description This patented manlid seal has been developed in co-operation with the tank container division of Stolt-Nielsen. It is now available for use by all tank container manufacturers, operators, cleaning stations and repair depots.
Halo comprises a D-section endless ring of virgin PTFE. This unique profile enables it to provide very high integrity sealing when installed in the most common designs of manlid hatch recesses.
Typical applications Halo manlid seal efficiently replaces any known manlid seal used on tank containers that handle bulk cargoes in all IMO classes, including foodstuffs and chemicals.
