These items are available in a full range of materials from EPDM to Viton® polymers - from DuPont Performance Elastomers - and in a variety of colours and hardnesses that can be tailored to suit customer requirements.
Materials fully certified to FDA and USP Class VI specifications can be provided.
Manufacturing capabilities Our current range of sizes extends from less than 3mm diameter to in excess of 600mm, with shapes tailored to individual customer requirements. In addition, we can provide colours and surface finishes to match mating components.
We have over 9000 parts in our database, and therefore may already have tooling available for your specific items such as bottle lifters, keg seals, manway joints, hopper seals, cones and pipe seals.
Technical support & tooling We offer customers full support in component development and design. Our CAD facilities enable communication directly with customers' engineers to provide design and value engineering. Designs can then be transferred to our extensive tool room for the production of prototypes and production tooling.
