Our package of valve repacking and repair services is carefully tailored to keep you in total control of your process flow equipment. We operate on term-maintenance contracts or on a one-off basis.
We remove stem packings by high pressure waterjet, or using more traditional hand-operations where applicable.
This is followed by any in-situ machining of the gland area that is required.
The gland is then expertly repacked using new packings to the original or an improved specification, and the gland follower adjusted before the valve is put back into operation.
If the valve needs full refurbishment, this can be carried out by the skilled craftsmen at our dedicated workshops.
All on-site work is carried out by personnel holding Safety Passports.
