Walkersele® D6/DL

Description
This version of our popular Walkersele^® D6 design incorporates an 'auxiliary' dust lip to prevent the ingress of liquid or solid contaminants in aggressive industrial environments. It is frequently installed where there is insufficient space to fit two Walkersele^® D6 seals back-to-back. 

Special features

• Walkersele^® D6/DL provides fluid containment and dirt exclusion.
• Needs a smaller housing than double seal (back-to-back) arrangements.
• Fabric-backed (retained) versions can be supplied as split-type, and as Walkersele^® OSJ-2 for On-Site Joining.
  
  Walkersele^® D6/DL availability
  Existing tools - our tool library covers the most popular D6/DL sizes and many non-standards. We can easily check mould availability. Where we have suitable tools, your seal will be supplied on short delivery time without tooling charges.
  
  Specials - new tools are swiftly made in-house for non-standard sizes. In these cases a tooling charge will be applied. Seals for shaft diameters up to 2300mm are produced by conventional moulding methods. Sizes above this and up to unlimited diameter are manufactured using our highly developed vulcanised mould joining technique.
