We have been making top-quality 'O' rings since this sealing method was introduced in the 1930s.

We back this with an exceptionally flexible manufacturing service to supply swiftly any items that we do not have immediately available - based on our 8000 existing moulding tools and the ability to custom-produce 'O' rings by various methods.

Stocked ranges Our seven million stocked 'O' rings include inch sizes and metric sizes to a range of international, national and industry standards. These are held in a variety of general and high performance elastomers to suit the vast majority of industrial and specialist oil and gas sector applications. If we do not hold the exact sizes of 'O' rings you require, we have the flexible production systems to mould them on very short lead times - for supply within days. More info

Back−up rings & FEP 'O' rings Back-up rings are installed to prevent the extrusion of an elastomeric 'O' ring in its housing groove under certain operating conditions. FEP-encapsulated 'O' rings should be used whenever the chemical resistance of an elastomer is inadequate for longterm sealing. More info
Customised 'O' rings We can swiftly produce any size of non-standard 'O' ring you need by using one of our three main manufacturing techniques. More info
	'O' ring kits Our three boxed kits represent excellent value for money in terms of quantity, quality and convenience for maintenance engineers. They contain either metric size 'O' rings, inch size 'O' rings, or 'O' ring cord - all in 70 IRHD nitrile (NBR) elastomer. We also custom-assemble Identikit sets of 'O' rings and other seals for the refurbishment of specific equipment - and custom-brand them for you. More info
'O' ring cord We manufacture 'O' ring cord in five different elastomer compounds and 25 standard cross sections to fit inch and metric housings. More info
