Partnering contracts
Technical support is a fundamental aspect of every longterm partnering deal we sign with major customers. Often the contract covers a multitude of different fluid sealing demands across a large number of sites on an international basis.
In these circumstances, an industry specialist will be allocated to the customer with a dedicated team to ensure that every aspect of technical support and customer service is handled smoothly and with super efficiency.
Under partnering contracts, local stockholding of specific sealing items is often arranged together with production and refurbishment facilities as part of the overall service.
