Improved customer satisfaction
The results of the annual James Walker customer satisfaction survey have now been pub-lished. Available to download in electronic form from the jameswalker.biz website or as a printed document by request, the 2009 survey report shows that the majority of James Walker’s businesses are regarded by customers as offering good or excellent service — even in the current testing economic times.
Many businesses today are meeting new challenges as demand has reduced and the general economic environment has become more uncertain. James Walker recognises that to continue to prosper, it must meet and exceed customers’ expectations — now more than ever.
Although the results of the latest survey are positive the company has not yet achieved the level of improvement it is seeking, perhaps due to the fact that the full impact of the many and varied investments made in the past have not yet filtered down to all customers.
Hopefully the benefits of these, in combination with further investments planned for 2009, will facilitate a step-change in customer satisfaction that will close any 'satisfaction gaps' and establish James Walker customer service levels as truly world class.
