Customer Service Representative

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Cork, Ireland.

The purpose of this role is to own the customer experience for defined customer accounts within James Walker Ireland, serving as first point of contact for customers and providing a friendly and efficient service.

Here are the key features you need to know:

  • You'll resolve a variety of customer enquiries, delivering excellent customer service from the first point of contact
  • You'll be required to produce timely quotations, inputting order information and completing all associated documentation in relation to the quote and order processing
  • You must maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the process, and maintain accurate records and information
  • You'll actively manage any customer issues and complaints
  • You'll ensure all quotations are followed up promptly and that the customer requirements are met
  • The role involves regular communication with customers, keeping them informed and building close relationships
  • You'll work closely with the external sales team, ensuring a high level of team work
