The purpose of this role is to provide a HR advisory service to all stakeholders within the business, with a particular focus on providing HR operational support to local management on performance management, disciplinary, grievance, absence case management and recruitment.
Here are the key features you need to know:
- A CIPD Level 5 Qualification, with a sound knowledge of employment legislation is required
- Experience of working in a busy HR department within a manufacturing organisation is preferable
- You'll provide advice and guidance to managers on all areas of Employment Law to protect the business from litigation
- You'll be required to provide guidance and support in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring that company policies are followed correctly and processes are robustly applied
- You'll provide support with absence management
- You'll be working with the HR team support in the organisation of recruitment activities
- You'll assist the wider HR Team in the delivery of the HR People Strategy agenda, by proactively engaging in project work
