The role is for a permanent, full time, IT Support Analyst and we’re looking for engaging, efficient person who likes to work in a team and who will go out of their way to support the colleagues that they serve.

- You'll be part of our Service Support Team - a forward thinking IT team with opportunities to work with our colleagues around the world
- You'll be responsible for the progression of tickets, purchasing new hardware/software and the deployment of new equipment
- You'll be involved in some of our ongoing business transformation projects such as the introduction of exciting new technology in our manufacturing plants and the migration from on premise Microsoft applications to the cloud.
- You should be a positive person who likes to solve problems and is open to learning new ways of working to develop yourself
