Lionpak 2506

PTFE/graphite & carbon for excellent abrasion & chemical resistance.

Lionpak 3200

Previously known as Duramid. A tough, high performance packing, cross-plaited from texturised aramid yarns. Each yarn is uniformly impregnated with PTFE dispersion and a silicone-based lubricant that resists chemical attack at high temperatures.

Lionpak 3202

Comprises tough aramid filament yarn over a hollow elastomeric core. The packing is thoroughly impregnated with James Walker’s proprietary PTFE-based dispersion, and further impregnated with a special break-in lubricant and a surface run-in lubricant.

Lionpak 3301

Comprises of tough aramid fibre yarn over a core of red fluoropolymer-based yarn. The aramid fibre yarn is thoroughly impregnated with James Walker’s proprietary PTFE-based dispersion. The packing is further impregnated with break-in lubricant, and a surface run-in lubricant.

Lionpak 3302

Previously known as Arasele. A high performance abrasion-resistant ‘white’ gland packing offering minimal wear, braided from fine yarns of tough synthetic aromatic polymer fibre.

Lionpak 5100

Previously known as Ribbonpak. High purity exfoliated graphite ribbons, plaited into a length-form packing for convenient on-site maintenance.

Lionpak 5101

A braided packing comprising expanded graphite fibre, with 99% minimum purity, reinforced with a non-metallic filament.

Lionpak 5200

Previously known as Ribbonpak Type M. A premium grade packing comprising exfoliated graphite fibre of high carbon content, reinforced with Inconel wires.

Lionpak 5201

A packing comprising soft expanded graphite fibre of high carbon content, reinforced with multiple Inconel wires in each strand.

Lionpak 5202

An economical packing made of expanded graphite fibre reinforced with a single Inconel wire in each strand.

Lionpak 5300

Previously known as Grafpak. A dense, high strength packing of cross-plaited premier quality graphite filament yarns.

Lionpak 5301

Inter-braided from carbon fibre yarn it is impregnated with our proprietary graphite-based dispersion as a blocking agent and molybdenum based corrosion inhibitor.

Lionpak 5302

A specially developed packing that combines the advantages of soft expanded pure graphite yarn with the toughness of carbon fibre yarn at its four corners.

Lionpak 5303

A tough, carbon fibre packing, thoroughly impregnated with James Walker’s proprietary suspension to enhance sealability.

Lionpak 5304

A high grade packing of interlock-braided carbon fibre coated in PTFE. The packing is thoroughly impregnated with our proprietary suspension to enhance sealability.

Lionpak 5501/5503/5504

Lionpak graphite moulded rings are high-efficiency, moulded graphite sealing rings, produced to precise density and size.

Lionpak 5505

Previously known as Supagraf LF rings. Lionpak graphite moulded rings represent a major enhancement of the operational capabilities of graphite sealing rings used on valve stems.

Lionpak 9100

Previously known as Fluolion Emulsion XA-P. A universal packing comprising a unique synthetic yarn, densified with particles of PTFE and treated with an advanced silicone-free lubricant.

Lionpak 9101

An economical packing braided from strong acrylic fibre. It is impregnated with our proprietary PTFE-based dispersion.

Lionpak 9102

An economical packing braided from strong acrylic fibre. It is impregnated with our proprietary PTFE-based dispersion.
