High pressure moulded rubber bellows

Moulded rubber bellows are typically used in piping systems.

Moulded rubber bellows are used in piping systems. They are often combined with integral metal flanges. The rubber is moulded into shape and normally reinforced with fibres to withstand the system pressures and movement.

Connecting flanges are normally available in accordance with industry standards. The common elastomeric compounds are:

  • EPDM
  • FPM
  • HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber)
  • Silicone
  • Nitrile
  • Natural Rubber
  • PTFE

Bespoke hand built joints can also be designed and manufactured to suit your application requirements such as large cooling fan bellows.
