As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the frontline driver of growth and customer success. Your key responsibilities include:

Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven success in field sales, especially in technical B2B or industrial environments
Strong ability to consult, influence, and close deals in complex solution-selling scenarios
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with sales planning, pipeline management, and reporting tools (e.g., CRM, OPT)
A self-starter mentality – able to own your results, adapt quickly, and continuously improve
Native French speaker
Preferred:
Familiarity with industrial sealing technologies or technical components for engineered systems
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
