Vermilion Four is a next generation development of James Walker’s industry leading FR 58/90 material offering significant performance enhancement and a sealing capability confirmed down to ‑33°C (‑27°F) in product configured testing.
An excellent cost-effective general purpose fluoroelastomer (FKM) offering outstanding resistance to rapid gas decompression (RGD) at larger cross sections, Vermilion Four is part of James Walker’s range of next generation elastomer materials designed specifically for extreme applications in the oil and gas industry where they will be exposed to aggressive media, extreme temperatures and the threat of rapid gas decompression events.
