We are seeking for a motivated and skilled HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in the Netherlands.

Statute: This role is offered on a 0.7 FTE basis.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who plays a key role in supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, providing practical and compliant HR guidance in line with employment legislation and company policies.
What You'll Do – Your Mission:
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver effective HR services, supports onboarding, absence and performance management, and contributes to payroll, reporting, and HR systems administration.
With a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration, the HR Advisor also supports continuous improvement initiatives and people projects that align with the wider business and people strategy.
Your key responsibilities include:
Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers across employment law, employee relations, performance management, and people policies, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases, including coordination with occupational health and external partners where required.
Manage and coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with internal and external partners, supporting the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
Maintain accurate HR data and systems (e.g. HCM, Exact, LMS), ensuring timely reporting and high data integrity.
Support payroll and salary administration processes, acting as a point of contact for payroll-related queries and ensuring deadlines are met.
Produce regular HR and people-related reports for HR, Operations, and Finance, supporting workforce planning and audits.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective HR service delivery and continuous improvement of processes.
Contribute to HR projects, audits, and wider people initiatives, and provide general HR administrative support as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Creative and hands-on, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Clear and effective communicator, able to adapt communication style to different stakeholders
High level of integrity and discretion
Strong empathy and interpersonal sensitivity
Accurate, detail-oriented, and conscientious
Proactive and decisive, with a solution-oriented mindset
Objective, neutral, and realistic in judgment and approach
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
In-depth knowledge of social and employment legislation
Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Dutch and professional knowledge in English
Preferred:
Experience with payroll software is an asset
