We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team, drive strategic growth, and deliver exceptional results across key industry sectors. This is a high-level role responsible for sales strategy, opportunity management, team performance, and the achievement of revenue and margin objectives within a defined customer base.

What You'll Do – Your Mission:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be offering the opportunity to shape the sales performance and growth within a collaborative and customer-focused organization. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team including Field Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Internal Sales.

  • Define and implement strategic sales plans aligned with industry sector goals, customer needs, and product offerings.

  • Drive profitable growth through account development, cross-selling, upselling, and new business acquisition.

  • Monitor and manage key sales KPIs including gross margin, pipeline health, customer acquisition, and sales performance.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate forecasting, strong service delivery, and market alignment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, customer excellence, and commercial discipline.

What You Bring:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing high-performing B2B sales teams.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sector-focused sales strategies.

  • Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

  • Commercially driven with the ability to translate customer requirements into profitable business opportunities.

  • Comfortable working with technical/engineering-based products and able to understand technical drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and develop teams across multiple roles.

  • Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of an organization.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; analytical and data-driven mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a similar leadership role.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with industrial sealing technologies or technical components for engineered systems
