Products & Services
The seemingly humble O-ring is an exceptionally versatile sealing device. Applications ranging from garden hose couplings to critical aerospace or oil and gas duties make it the world's most popular volume produced seal.
We have been making top-quality O-rings since this sealing method was introduced in the 1930s. Today we stock many thousands of types and sizes in our most popular materials - including RGD-resistant grades - ready for same day despatch.
If the rings you want are not available off-the-shelf, we can precision manufacture them within hours, if necessary. With our 'lean' manufacturing plant and flexible production schedules, we can meet industry's most urgent requests.
All stocked ranges
Our stocked O-rings include metric sizes and inch sizes to a range of international, national and industry standards.
These are held in a variety of general and high performance elastomers to suit the vast majority of industrial and specialised oil and gas sector applications.
If we do not hold the exact sizes you require, we have the flexible production schedules, within our 'lean' manufacturing system, to mould them on very short lead times to meet your most urgent needs.More Info
Back-up and FEP rings
Back-up rings are installed to prevent the extrusion of an elastomeric O-ring in its housing groove under certain operating conditions.
FEP-encapsulated O-rings should be used whenever the chemical resistance of an elastomer is inadequate for long-term sealing.More Info
We manufacture O-ring cord in four standard elastomers and 25 standard cross sections to fit inch and metric housings.
We can swiftly produce any size of non-standard O-ring you need by using one of our three main manufacturing techniques.
Our three boxed O-ring kits represent excellent value for money in terms of quantity, quality and convenience for maintenance engineers and equipment refurbishers.
They contain either metric size O-rings, inch size O-rings, or O-ring cord - all in 70 IRHD nitrile (NBR) elastomer.
Our special lubricants to help with the assembly of O-ring sealing systems. These products should be applied lightly to the rings before installation.More Info
We supply our O-rings in over 100 general and high-specification grades of elastomer (and other materials) including ranges of low-temperature and rapid gas decompression (RGD) resistant materials.
