Kammprofile gaskets

Our Metakamm gaskets will seal flanges where the temperature, pressure, vibration and flow rates are beyond the capability of conventional gasket jointing materials.

The Metakamm gasket consists of a metal core with concentric serrated grooves on each sealing face and the addition of a soft layer of sealing material bonded to each face. Selection from a wide range of metallic core material and sealing layer options allows gaskets to be configured to the demands of individual applications and service conditions.

Metakamm gaskets are typically used for sealing flange joints on pipelines, heat exchangers and pressure vessels on steam, petrochemical, nuclear, marine and hydraulic plant.

This product has been independently 3rd party tested and is validated by James Walker for use in hydrogen service. Contact us for further details.
