At our Materials Technology Centre in the UK, we develop and compound our own elastomer materials, holding over 300 unique formulations including many bespoke developments. Having the capability to formulate and compound our own elastomers, coupled with our comprehensive testing facilities for both materials and end products gives us total control and traceability through every stage of the manufacturing process.
Our specially formulated Devlon thermoplastics are amongst the toughest and hardest wearing available. They offer customers a wide range of benefits thanks to their mechanical properties, including corrosion resistance, low friction, impact strength and a significant weight reduction in comparison to traditional metallic counterparts. We produce complex components in Devlon ranging from 10 mm to over 2500 mm OD, and weighing up to 1000 kg.
We are an OEM quality‑approved supplier of critical metallic components offering unrivalled expertise in the machining of complex, thin-walled seals in a range of high specification alloys and titanium for use as primary barriers in high pressure applications. Bolted joint reliability is an established science but the vast majority of bolted joints are tightened in an uncontrolled manner; the bolt tension achieved at the end of the tightening cycle is unmeasured and unknown. To guarantee that all bolts are installed to the correct design tension requires a different measuring principle - this is the principle at the heart of our RotaBolt technology.
