At James Walker, we are seeking to develop the next generation of leaders and directors for both technical and management roles, underpinned by engineering excellence.
Our graduate programme is designed to give you accountability and challenges from the start, by working on significant projects that are important both to us as a business, and to our customers.
Experience gained from the programme shapes future leaders for the organisation. Critical industrial engineering projects underapin each placement, and are enriched by the cultural experience from the different locations, and the variety and type of work undertaken. On completion of the programme both you and James Walker will know what type of role fits you best, and how your career can grow within the company.
Coaching from senior directors and training programmes are part of the support you'll receive. Additionally we have an accredited MPDS scheme with the IMechE, and can also sponsor Chartership with the IOM3.
