Flange Isolation Kits

Isolation gaskets are challenged to fulfil both sealing and isolating roles at a wide range of pressures and temperatures. However, by successfully optimising each component of its InsoLion® gaskets, James Walker has produced a range to cover the widest possible performance envelope.

All InsoLion isolation gaskets are supplied in kit form complete with the necessary isolating sleeves and washers.


InsoLion FSInsoLion FS

Premium performance fire safe isolation gasket utilising a patent pending triple seal design.

Tested and approved by a third party test house to API 6FB 3rd Edition fire test.

Significantly surpasses the fugitive emissions requirements of Shell MESC SPE 85/300 3.3.2 Class A (HS).

InsoLion G10InsoLion G10

The InsoLion G10 gasket consists of a modified u-shaped TFM seal energised with a phynox spring bonded to a high strength G10 glass reinforced epoxy and 316L stainless steel composite core.

Fugitive emissions performance significantly surpasses the requirements of Shell MESC SPE 85/300 3.3.2 Class A (HS).

InsoLion-G11InsoLion G11

Following the same highly effective design as the InsoLion G10 but using a G11 GRE composite material that extends usage to higher temperatures.

Specifically designed from the outset to meet the industry’s most stringent requirements, InsoLion G11 is TAT approved with fugitive emissions performance significantly surpassing the requirements of Shell MESC SPE 85/300 3.3.2 Class A (HS).

InsoLion GREInsoLion GRE

The InsoLion GRE gasket consists of a G10 glass reinforced (GRE) carrier with 2 modified PTFE sealing faces.

Proprietary machining of the carrier allows correct location of the sealing faces, with the depth / profile designed to achieve correct compression and groove fill.

InsoLion BasicInsoLion Basic

The InsoLion Basic gasket consists of neoprene elastomer sheets bonded to a phenolic carrier.

The neoprene face provides an effective sealing surface and the phenolic carrier layer provides the required electrical isolation performance.
