Our medium duty wiper with excellent wear resistance in aggressive operating conditions.
Lionsele W1 is a medium duty wiper that has excellent wear resistance to cope with the most aggressive contaminants whilst causing minimal wear to rod surfaces.
Manufactured from high performance polyurethane, Lionsele W1 has a single, robust lip that provides a simple and highly effective wiping action. It is designed to be clamped into a housing.
This single-acting rod wiper is typically used in conjunction with a suitable rod seal - such as Lionsele G, Lionsele U2 or Lofilm - on medium duty hydraulic systems.
Suitable for use with most mineral-based hydraulic fluids at up to +100°C (+212°F). It is also suitable for exposure to air, water, and most lubricating oils and greases. Before use with fire-resistant fluids of the water/oil emulsion or water/glycol types, please consult our Technical Support Team for advice on temperature limits.
