The D6 Walkersele represents the most popular and most specified design profile within our well proven family of radial lip seals for rotating shafts and rotating plant.

Its design provides a balance of sealing force and flexibility that facilitate high performance sealing at relatively high rotational speeds.

  • Lip profile minimises heat generation and shaft wear
  • Facilitates high rotational speeds
  • Maintains sealing contact on shafts suffering slight misalignment or eccentricity
  • Fabric-backed or glass fibre-backed retained versions can be supplied in Walkersele OSJ-2 format for on-site joining to radically reduce seal change-out costs and downtime
  • Where required, the Walkersele D6 variant can be specified with an integral dust / contaminant excluder lip, in addition to the primary sealing lip
