Thursday, March 23, 2023James Walker will be presenting papers on key sealing and bolting topics at this year's Wind Europe Conference & Exhibition. The annual event is returning to Copenhagen, Denmark - the spiritual home of wind energy - and the entire wind industry will be converging on the venue from 25-27 April 2023.
With over 10,000+ visitors anticipated over the three days James Walker will be joining more than 450 other companies exhibiting on site alongside the conference, all ready to showcase the latest products and discuss the challenges faced by the industry and individual customers alike.
The James Walker stand will be located at D-A32 and will be hosting demonstrations of the latest wireless tension control monitoring bolts as well as showcasing the latest in seal designs for enhanced performance and cost savings as well as the idea of using engineered thermoplastic to replace metal components in a weight saving excercise.
Extending the green energy theme, the company will also be talking to visitors about its capabilities in associated hydrogen production, carbon capture and even solar power generation.
The conference will host 50+ sessions across three days, delving into the biggest issues in wind today. We'll be joined by speakers from Europe and beyond, from policy to industry, education to finance, and from local authorities right up to European and international bodies.
Every link in the value chain will be there to make themselves heard and James Walker is no exception, hosting two presentation sessions on the opening morning of the event.
The James Walker presentations will be held in room 181, on the 1st floor of the exhibition centre's Bella Sky Hotel on the morning of Tuesday April 25th.
Presentation one - 10:30 - 11:30 - Accessing efficiencies and savings in bolting O&M.
Presentation two - 11:45 - 12:45 - Performance gains through advanced seal design.
