Operators

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Operator roles across various shift patterns. These positions are based at our manufacturing site in Cockermouth, Cumbria.

Electrical Craftsperson

We have an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Craftsperson. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader and will be based at our manufacturing site in Cockermouth, Cumbria.

Tool Room Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced Tool Room Manager who will report directly to the Site Director and will be based at our manufacturing site in Cockermouth, Cumbria. This role will involve managing all tooling manufacturing activities on site as well as the design, drawing and preparation of programmes for the manufacture of tools. The Tool Room Manager will also set and manage budgets for the department and establish and maintain performance measures.

Sales Engineer

We are looking to recruit a Sales Engineer to join our growing international team. Based in South Germany, the role will involve key account management, working closely with customer service and technical representatives and active participation in sales activities.

Gasket Production Planner

We currently have an opportunity for a Gaskets Production Planner at our site in Bingley. Reporting to the Planning Manager, this role is for a 12 month period and the successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination, communication and smooth operation of all gasket related planning processes. A key part of the position will be communicating with production and the wider business to ensure the production plan is achievable, adhered to and that any order amendments are fully communicated.

Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Engineer who will report to the QHSE Manager and be based at our site in Bingley, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the products supplied to customers are fit for purpose, consistent and meet internal and external requirements and/or comply with minimum standards. The Quality Assurance Engineer will also co-ordinate activities within the QHSE Department to meet the required quality standards.

Operations Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager, reporting to the Site Manufacturing Director at James Walker Moorflex. The Operations Manager is accountable for all aspects of the operation - to lead, develop and motivate a highly skilled workforce and production supervisory team through a sustained period of growth, working with the functional managers to deliver a quality product on time and at the right cost.
